bye-bye bloated feeling during the holidays
Your bags are packed. You’ve stood in front of your mirror a couple dozen times trying on your bikini’s just to know exactly what you’ll look like at the beach. So then you finally make it to your designated destination, but for some reason you’ve started feeling bloated. Buh-bye feeling confident in your bikini. Don’t panic, the feeling will disappear. I’ll tell you how.
– Like I just said: don’t panic. It’s not like you’re suddenly humongous, it’s just a feeling, and you’re the only one feeling it. And… that feeling will disappear.
– Eat fibers, oatmeal, linseeds, nuts and lentils. It’ll give your bowel functions a boost.
– Try to avoid salty things during your flight. Salt makes your store moisture.
– Stand up and walk back and forth down the aisle in the plane. Don’t sit down the entire flight.
– Drink lots of water. No alcohol and no soda.
– Or opt for green or peppermint tea.
– Massage your stomach a little. Make circular movements, this will get rid of the feeling and most likely make you head to the bathroom a little quicker.
