EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE IHEARTRADIO MUSIC AWARDS
The highlights, the drab outfits and the political commentary
Incase you somehow missed it; last night it was all about the iHeartRadio Music Awards in Hollywood. So for all of you who missed out, I’m going to fill you in on everything (okay, almost everything) you need to know in two minutes. Here you go:
1. Zayn solo v-card
Zayn Malik (you know, that good looking guy that quit One Direction last year) performed his very first solo performance ever. And the crowd LOVED it. Definitely goosebump worthy.
2. Justin Bieber’s dreads
Seriously. Can we take a moment to discuss JB’s hair. I know Justin likes to switch things up, but come on, blonde DREADS (check it out here). Dear Biebs, I like you and all, but please don’t.
3. Tay-Tay’s prize parade
As expected, Taylor Swift was the big winner of the evening. She reeled in the prize for best album, best female artist and best tour.
4. And her drab outfit
While we’re on the topic of Swift; her hysterical leather tighter-than-tight Saint Laurent glitter cat suit was, even with her figure, not a hit.
5. Justin Timberlake slams Donald Trump
My second in line favorite Justin got to hand out an award to Taylor Swift. And his satirical speech was all-round brilliant. The singer preached Taylor for breaking down walls in the music industry while, and I quote: “Some people are trying to build walls.” Just to make sure there isn’t any confusion; yes, Donald Trump, he is referring to you.
