your head about to explode? this is how to clear it

Is your head stuffed with to-do lists, appointments that you actually don’t have any time for, are there other things on your mind you’ve been worrying about and are you everything but energized? Then it’s time for you to book a holiday! Kidding, there are ways to relax without having to book a trip and I’m here to help.

  • Speak up about what’s been bothering you. Talking about it will only lift the weight that’s been planted on your shoulders.
  • Write everything down. Don’t use your head as a to-do list. And grab a highlighter and mark off everything you’ve completed.
  • Jot down everything that has priority at the top of the list and spread the rest of the course of a few days. Don’t make your list all too long because then it won’t be achievable and it’s only going to make you stress out more.
  • Ohh here’s one that might be a struggle. Turn that phone of your off for a little while. Belive me, you’re not missing out on anything.
  • Ask someone to help you with one (or more) of your chores. It’ll save you a ton of time, plus it’s more fun to do with someone anyway.
  • Don’t forget to always keep moving. Even when you’re exhausted. If you want to clear your head, you have to keep moving. No matter how busy you are.
