HOW TO GET THAT KILLER BODY JUST LIKE SYLVIE MEIS
A friend and I were recently discussing women with killer bodies and the name Sylvie Meis quickly popped up. This woman has a body to die for. Holy hell. She’s slim, yet curvy. Refined, but strong. Where can I sign up for that?
My body is all but strong. It’s lazy and I would rather spend an evening chilling on the couch eating oreos. My body is all but Sylvie-proof, so something really needs to change. If Sylvie can do it, so can I, right?
Thank god for Google, cause I looked up all of Sylvie’s secrets on how she keeps her body toned:
– Sylvie works out twice a week with her personal trainer.
She does squats on one leg and push-ups. She also works out her core with one of those huge equilibrium balls.
– Don’t think it ends there. Noway hosay. Sylvie also works out at home about 5 times a week: 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training.
– About Sylvie’s diet: no candy, no chips and no cookies.
Healthy carbs like rice, whole-wheat bread and grains are fine, but only in small doses. And whenever she is in the mood for something sweet, she’ll make healthy pancakes with bananas and two eggs.
– Sylvie drinks liters of green tea and always ditches the alcohol (except for the occasional glass at a party).
