Zara is full of them. And not only them, you see them everywhere. The off-shoulder tops. And not just one bare shoulder, nope, both of them. I love them, but you have to be lucky enough to be able to pull them off. How? by training your arms. A lot of the off-shoulder tops you’ll come across also have a cropped fit, which means: time to show off those abs. But let’s start off with the shoulders. Here are three videos that are going to help you train that upper body of yours.

Tone it up, girls

I’ve been a devoted follower of these girls for a while and I love both their workouts and their physiques. Just by looking at them you’ll head straight to the gym. The fun thing about them is that they’re great at finding the balance between working out and being healthy and a “normal life”.

Not too strict, but conscious nonetheless. That’s exactly how I feel about it. Although I do have to say that they definitely work out more than they’re willing to show us.

This shows just how little is required to get a complete workout. Buy a couple of weights and there are endless types of exercises you can use them for.
