I know I work at an office that has the happy & healthy motto (I’m more happy than healthy though). And yes, I also know what I have a holiday planned before which I hope to obtain the ultimate bikini body. But I can’t help it but I hate working out. Our health editor has tried to get me to start working out on numerous occasions, and here is another girl who is making me question whether or not I should just give in. This is Ashley Samwel, founder of Girls Love Healthy and Fit Twenty Six. As a personal trainer, she likes to keep Amsterdam fit. And I hope she can add me to her list pretty soon.
