MILAN TRENDS PART 3
It was all about the styling this season in Milan. There wasn’t one overall trend that stole the show, but a mix of different ones that make your outfits more exciting. Just make sure that the base of your outfit is military inspired with a twist; then you know you’ll be very on trend next fall. I spotted a beautiful over the top decorated jacket full of emblems, gold embroidery and a double breasted buttoned closing at Dolce & Gabbana. At Etro the models were decked out in ankle length velvet dressed and short military, almost marching band-like, jackets. Very surprising!
And the twins Dean and Dan from Dsquared2 had fun mixing and matching: samurai meets Victorian era meets uniform. This resulted in various different images of a lot of layers and different materials. Obviously topped off with a sexy heeled sandal, I mean, it has to stay feminine evidently.
