My life in a bag

Anouk works at one one of the best stores in the Netherlands called Shoebaloo, so she’s always surrounded by the prettiest shoes and bags from big names like Fendi, Gucci and Isabel Marant. I mean, not a bad few names right? Today she’s introducing us to her Saint Laurent. It’s definitely one I’ve got on my wish list too. So stunning. Anouk is here to fill you in about how she takes care of her bags and what she thinks are the best qualities of bags.

How many bags do you own?

‘Twenty. I’ve got cute ones from Zara, but a few designer ones too.’

How well do you take care of your bags?

‘I’m really careful when I use them. I like to switch them around, depending on which one works well with my outfit so that they’re the perfect fit.’

What about its content?

‘The bigger the bag, the more junk I stuff into them. I guess it’s a female thing. Lipstick/gloss/lip liner and money are things I always carry around. I’ll never leave the front door without them. And I prefer to carry around some perfume too.’

What do you think are the best qualities of a bag?

‘A bag makes an outfit, I feel bare without one.’

What can we still find on your wish list?

‘Oh, that changes on a weekly basis, Haha, oh oh oh, women!’
