Today is Tuesday which means we are here to introduce you to a new bag. We would hereby like for you to meet this Moschino bag which lucky girl Amanda is the owner of.
how many bags do you have?
The amount of bags I have are uncountable to be exact.
what’s the story behind this bag?
I’m saving up for Chanel’s Boy bag, but I bumped into this Moschino and thought it was cute and oozed a bit of Chanel. I have a weakness for quilted leather. I love it! And the bold golden details are very much my thing.
how well do you take care of your bags?
It depends. Sometimes I just throw them around and other times I carefully place them somewhere in my home for me to take photos of or just stare at.
what about its content?
My bag is filled with useful items. Like a power bank (my own design), Chanel lipstick, & Other Stories hand cream, gum or mints (I am addicted), Chanel blush, mascara, a white eye liner, dry shampoo, glitters for in my hair (because you never know where you’re going to end up), a mini bottle of Viktor & Rolf’s Flowerbomb, lost photo booth photos from a party (perhaps not so useful), money, cards and a brush (to make sure my hair is just as fluffy as my coat).
What do you never leave your house without?
Flowerbomb, mints, hand cream, something for my lips, a brush, dry shampoo, water and a phone.
what do you think the best qualities of a bag are?
The best thing about a bag is that it gives your look that extra umph of cool. I don’t think it necessarily has to be practical. I prefer impractical bags that look cool instead of practical bags that are dull.
What can we still find on your wish list?
Chanel’s Boy bag! I can’t wait! Plus I wouldn’t mind a clutch from YSL and one of those rad Anya Hindmarch bags… Oh and one of those old school TV bags from Jeremy Scott. To die for. The list endless…
Vandaag is het dinsdag, tijd voor een nieuwe tas. Vandaag laten we je kennismaken met de Moschino-tas die Amanda aan haar collectie mocht toevoegen.
Hoeveel tassen heb je?
‘Om precies te zijn: ontelbaar.’
Wat is het verhaal achter deze tas?
‘Ik ben aan het sparen voor de Boy van Chanel, maar deze Moschino Bag vond ik te schattig en die heeft ook wel iets weg van Chanel. Ik heb een zwak voor dat doorgestikte leer. Zo mooi! En de overdreven gouden details passen ook wel bij mij.’
Hoe ga je met je tas om?
‘Verschillend. Soms gooi ik ‘m van me af en soms zet ik ‘m als een paradepaardje in mijn huis om er vervolgens foto’s van te maken en ernaar te kijken.’
Hoe zit het met de inhoud?
‘De inhoud bevat altijd nuttige items. Zoals een powerbank (zelf ontworpen), een Chanel-lipstick, handcrème van & Other Stories, Smint of kauwgom (verslaafd), Chanel-blush, mascara, wit oogpotlood, droogshampoo, glitters voor in m’n haar (je weet maar nooit waar je terecht komt), een mini Flowerbomb, verloren photobooth-foto’s van een feestje (niet zo nuttig), geld, pasjes en een borstel (voor zowel mijn coupe als voor het in model houden van mijn fluffy jas).’
Wat heb je altijd bij je?
‘Flowerbomb, Smint, handcrème, iets voor je lippen, borstel, droogshampoo, water en mijn telefoon. Dan red ik me wel.’
Wat zijn volgens jou de beste eigenschappen van een tas?
‘Het beste van een tas is dat ‘ie iets cools toevoegt aan je look. Van mij hoeft t allemaal niet zo praktisch. Liever een onhandige, mega gezellige tas met een coole look dan een lekker praktische met een lomp gezicht.’
Welke staat nog op je wishlist?
‘Ja, dat is de Boy van Chanel. Can’t wait! Daarnaast een clutch van YSL en doe maar nog zo’n kek tasje van Anya Hindmarch. Oh en die oldschool tv-tas van Jeremy Scott… To die for. En zo kan ik nog wel even verder doordromen.’
