Tara Martin is a business woman, fabulous fashionista and born and raised Angeleno. Lucky for us (and you), she is also the latest addition to our Amayzine team of international editors. Every week she will give us an inside look on her life on the fault line.

La La Land has skipped spring and headed straight to summer with temperatures rising, and the sun shining! My workweek proved productive and inspiring, as I made some exciting moves in our downtown LA design studio.

My workweek routine has two major keys to success: green juice from Pressed Juicery and coffee from Alfred Coffee downtown.

My sidekick Cheeseburger had a big week, as he made himself a glamorous new bed in the office, and also got a chance to check out his new DTLA Custom clutch. You know you’ve made it when your face is printed onto chic accessories, right?

Later in the week I attended the Alice + Olivia show at NeueHouse in Hollywood. The vibe was a collision of rock and roll, fashion and nature, and I left feeling energized and inspired.

I ended on a high note with a delicious dinner at Bestia—a must-visit if you’re in downtown LA (be sure to nab a reservation far in advance)—and some time with my bestie.
