THE 5 NINETIES JEANS YOU WANT THIS SEASON
I’m slightly obsessed with jeans from the nineties. I’d say it’s pure nostalgia. At the same time the newest collections all have nineties twists which do wonders for your tush. So make room for five of the best ones. I’ve already got a few of them at home and waiting to get my hands on the rest. Believe me, you want them too. Happy shopping.
1. Levi’s 501 CT Boyfriend Time Gone By
The fit I like the most are the 501 CT Boyfriend Time Gone By. Rips included! Yes I know, it’s crazy to pay for a pair of jeans with holes in them, but this once is ace. It’s comfortable, it oozes coolness, it’s got a dash of a nineties vibe and a tiny bit of a mom-fit. Add sneakers, lace ups, heels or sandals. You can never go wrong with these.
2. Levi’s 501 CT Surf Shack
Second in line are the 501 CT Surf Shack. A nice lift for your booty and another wonderful way to add that nineties tush back to 2016. You can roll up the bottoms or wear it long and it works best with a simple t-shirt or striped sweater. Oh, and don’t forget a leather jackets.
3. Levi’s Wedgie
Another one that you can find on my wish list are the Wedgie’s from Levi’s. My colleague Elke has these and every time she’s got them on, I have to have them. There’s a reason they’re called wedgie because these jeans are made for the tush. I’m in love. You will be too.
4. Lee Dungaree
Oh man, this one is great too and oh so nineties (and very much ‘right now’): the dungarees from Lee. This one is a great eye catcher and so easy to combine with sneakers, boots, brogues or heels. Because of the smaller size of the pants of the legs the motto is: anything goes.
5. High waist jeans short van Topshop
Personally, if I want to wear these I’ve got to loose at least six kilo’s but for those of you who don’t: these short high waisted jeans from Topshop are the jean-shit this season. The embroidery, the high waist: they’re fantastic. If I were you I’d just go on and order them. You’re welcome!
