Buying a good jacket is just as hard as getting your hands on a good pair of jeans. You probably have a lot of jackets that are ‘sufficient’, but what you are plausibly still missing is ‘The One’. One that is warm enough in the dead of winter without making you look like you just stepped out the front door bundled in oversized bubble wrap. One that plenty of pockets to store whatever it is you need to store. And lastly, one that you can wear in the early stages of spring and summer two.

Look no further guys. It exists. Everything mentioned above all wrapped into one and it’s called the ‘Smart Parka’. I’m using the term ‘exist’ loosely because it’s still a Kickstarter project at the moment. But one that has cashed in more than three million dollars in what feels like just the blink of an eye.

The thing that makes this jacket so genius is that it’s like the James Bond gadget of all coats. It has a pocket for your iPad, for your built-in gloves, for your beanie (that comes with the jacket), an extra zipped lining, added extra length (really) and all of this, while looking good too. Can I have it?
