the coolest and hippest inbetweeners
Spring weather really kicked in this past weekend which means summer is hovering just around the corner. I almost stored all my wool sweaters and wintery wear in the back of my closet. Luckily I had been more in the mood to go out and enjoy the warm weather, because yesterday the temperatures dropped quite a bit and we were treated to a never ending rain shower. So the dilemma I’m faced with every morning is the what-do-I-wear question. The solution? Layers. You can never go wrong with a simple base. So either go for a pair of pants with a shirt, or a skirt with a blouse or a pretty dress. In itself, your outfit is already a looker, but adding that extra layer makes it just that tad bit more exciting. What you want is that inbetweener. A jacket will give your outfit that extra umph, and one that’s easy to throw on when you quickly have to run out the door (don’t forget a scarf). The great thing about inbetweeners is that there are so many options. From oversized boyfriend blazers to short kimono jackets with prints and tweed jackets to denim ones. The choice is all yours!
