The prettiest sunset I’ve ever witness was in Egypt. Don’t ask me what mountain I was on, all I know is I might have shed a tear or two because it was so beautiful. Wanna know where to go to experience the same? I looked them up for you.

1. Dubai

On the beach at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates is, according to numerous people, the best place to see the prettiest sunset in the world. With a view of the Burj Al Arab Hotel.

2. Malta

Get in the Mediterranean vibe by watching the sunset in Medina in Malta. Seriously: Everything. Is. Pink.

3. Arizona

A tip from my college Elke: Monument Valley in Arizon, Utah. This is the place where all Westerns are filmed.

4. Scotland

Forget about the tropics and go to Scotland where you can enjoy another pink sunset at the the Elgol Bay on the Isle of Skye.

5. Sardinia

6. Rio de Janeiro

Sugar Loaf Mountain is the place to be for the most spectacular sunset in Rio de Janeiro. And as soon as the sun has set, spend the night dancing away.

7. Curaçao

When I was at Curaçao, I spotted my beautiful friend, the sun, as she slowly set on the island at beach club Karakter. Tip: go at around 6:30 PM and order a Raspberry Mojito.

8. San Francisco

Book a table in a restaurant (with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge) in San Fran and you can enjoy Mother Nature in all her glory. Skyline included.

9. Cochin

Keep your camera in hand as you see the dolphins swim around during a sunset cruise in the Indian city Cochin, Kerala.
