This would happen if we (still) didn’t have any cell phones
I hardly remember what kind of cell phone my parents used to own. I’m sure it was some gigantic piece of metal. Soon after the Nokia’s appeared with Snake which is a game I still enjoy playing. Then I was old enough to get a Nokia 3310 for my birthday and I can’t imagine my life without a cell phone ever since.
What would it be like if we didn’t have any cell phones? Do you realize how different our lives would be? I do.
1. My boy would be surprised with dinner every day. Usually when I’m doing groceries or cooking dinner (which I both enjoy fyi), I send him a quick text: ‘Babe, what are you in the mood for for dinner tonight?’
2. We would all have regular alarm clocks.
3. I would show up everywhere way too late because I wouldn’t have Google Maps to help me out. And I’d never be able to send a text saying ‘Hey, I’m running a couple of minutes late’.
4. You need to all gather at a specific area at a festival.
5. We would sleep a whole lot better than we do now because we wouldn’t be distracted by likes and scrolling in bed.
6. Dumping a guy would be so much easier because you wouldn’t have to text or use WhatsApp. But if you like the guy, you’d put in a lot more effort for one another too.
7. You’re going to have to make all your clothing decisions on your own because you wouldn’t be able to send a photo to friends to ask if they like what you’ve got on.
8. We’d have so much free time.
