DARK LIPSTICK

May-Britt spent a couple of days wandering around Paris for Fashion Week peeking around backstage. It was kind of as if I was there myself since I was getting daily (wait what am I saying: every minute) updates about what was happening backstage, what the newest trends were and what kind of people were spotted. Enter: the black lips trend.

Kendall Jenner mapped it, Gigi Hadid rocked it last Fashion Week and now it’s made it’s way to the runway. The Dior runway had models walking around with dark purple lips. As expected, Yohji Yamamoto also used a dark lip color, at Saint Laurent the lips were turned into a dark and intense shade of red and Marni too had their models walking around with a bold color.

Okay, so the above shows are all trends for next winter, but there you have it. Now you know how to get prepared for next year. Just make sure you spend the summer catching plenty of rays of sunlight cause a dark shade on your lips will make you look a little bleaker than you are. And hey, if Kendall and Dior girls are doing it, so can you.
