Animal friend at your feet

According to Danie Bles and Monique des Bouvrie, it is a basic piece, the leopard print shoe. I am a bit conservative myself, so for me, an animal print is quite a statement and I wouldn't quickly label it as basic essential But look at any celebrity and they rock their outfit with a leopard shoe.
