Healthy hotspot SLA has a new friend; salad bar Fennel.

Fennel is located at the booming part of Albert Cuyp where Sir Albert is also located (if you have guests from abroad, show them there because you won't find a more Amsterdam and hip place for an affordable price) and the new store of Steve te Pas: Good Genes. At Fennel, you can go for organic meal salads (customizable for lunch or dinner), fresh juices, homemade almond milk, and mint syrup. Fennel uses seasonal vegetables and products from farmers in the immediate area as a base.

You can have lunch or dinner there daily, although staying up late, dancing at the bar, and hanging in the lights are not included as they are open until 9:00 PM. My favorite? The salad with lentils, goat cheese, quinoa, and pumpkin. You can also take it to go and eat it at home, at the office, or wherever. Seems like a perfect start for Jet when she returns from her Thai goat wool paradise.
