Morning ritual

Always shower first, because I don't live before that. I shower quite often, namely
’in the morning, but also in the afternoon if I have exercised or in the evening. And I always wash my hair. I love all the products from Moroccan Oil, from the shampoo, the conditioner, and the oil to the mask and even the hairbrush. I once brought everything from Israel and stocked up on huge salon bottles. My husband, Oren, always asks if I want to seduce him when I have washed my hair with Moroccan Oil because it smells so good. In the shower, I also always use the Facewash from Sisley. It has a small, soft scrub and because I use a lot of makeup in the theater, I find it nice to always clean my face well and lightly scrub it. Then it is completely clean.

Red carpet essential

Definitely my hair, I always want to pay good attention to it. I have about five hairstyles that are red carpet worthy and that I can do myself. And the clever trick? That is the Carmen set, with that base you can create nice hairstyles. I also never forget to do my eyes big for the red carpet, they really catch the attention. If I am nominated myself, I make a whole day out of it to go through the whole wash street. Inviting people here to get ready and meanwhile enjoy nice snacks.

Eyebrows or lashes

Lashes! I always have a lot of mascara on and I am currently a fan of the MAC Plush Lash. That is a mascara with a thick brush that allows you to apply many layers on top of each other. When I am in the theater in the evening, I can put another layer on top to achieve a grander effect. Up to six layers is possible, without clumps forming.

Unexpected beauty tool

I once read somewhere and just did it; applying olive oil to dry legs. Yes really, pure olive oil. At that time I had a show where I wore a lot of corsets and my back became very dry. I applied it and it worked. Just make sure to have a towel on the floor in the bathroom, because olive oil is of course greasy and liquid, so before you know it, you are on your face.

Favorite perfume

The only one I always use is Eau De Mademoiselle by Givenchy. I always get compliments. And it is not available everywhere, which makes it unique.

Never leave home without

I always leave the house with a very large bag. And there is always a small toiletry bag with Estee Lauder concealer and hand cream and Elizabeth Arden lip balm in it. And my mobile, that is sacred.

Nice beauty purchase

I just switched to the day and eye cream from La Mer. Very nice, because it really gives me a soft face. And the bronzing lotion from Dove. Now that I am pregnant, I am not allowed to go under the tanning bed and in winter I really look gray. So that bronzing lotion is such a nice solution, at least I have a nice color now.

Don't tell anyone but…

I always bit my nails, and three layers of nail polish is the solution for me. Then I don't touch them. As soon as it's not on, I see my hands going to my mouth again. But I don't do it, I now neatly paint my nails and stay away from them.
