Short skirts only

If you, like the undersigned boot-needing person, already had a lot of short boots, flat boots, knee-high boots, then you surely made a joyful leap this winter. The over-the-knee boot was there and so, hooray, we were legitimized (because we didn't have these yet) to skip over to Shoebaloo, Paul Warmer or whoever else. Wear it with a short skirt, a pair of shorts, in between a nice sturdy or bold pantyhose and you're all set. Well, unless you forget your top of course.
