It sometimes happens that I get out of bed too late on Monday. Everyone has that sometimes, right? There are also really days when I am indeed at the gym at half past 7 or get up early. For those days when everything goes a bit slower and I therefore don't have time to have a quiet breakfast (which is really very important, otherwise I don't function well), I have invented something new. It's called MyMuesli and it's really fan-tas-tic. I am quite picky with my muesli, you see. Preferably no sugar, no wheat, better oats, but crispy, not all kinds of fruits, and also not too boring. On mymuesli.com you can exactly compose the muesli you want. You click on which grain type, what kind of nuts, maybe some fruits, another superfood or a bit of chocolate. Go ahead, press the button and a few days later a tube with your self-composed breakfast will be in the mail. You can even give it your own name. Jet Muesli. Sounds pretty fun, right? And for the real latecomers among us (in the morning), there is a very handy take-away version. The only thing you need to do is add milk, yogurt, soy, quark, almond milk, or whatever. Eating on the bike is a bit tricky, but it's handy for the train or behind your desk. And otherwise, the locker room of the gym is always an option.
