Since Liesbeth booked a ticket to Rio de Janeiro her life has been focused on: How do I get those nice round Rio buttocks in two and a half months. There in Brazil, it's not about being slim (and let that be Liesbeth's asset), but about voluptuous volume. Well, Lies has 70 days to get Rio buttocks. And I'm going to help her.
4 X rio buttocks
- This seems very simple, but it's quite a task, namely to tense your buttocks all day long. Whether you're sitting in your office chair, doing groceries, cycling through the city, or cooking, everywhere. Of course, it's not that you'll immediately get the world's most beautiful and roundest buttocks from this, but it's a good start.
- Roll out a mat in your living room and get on your hands and knees. Lift your leg straight back as far as possible towards the ceiling. Then pretend you're (like a dog) peeing against a tree. You lift with a bent knee to the side. As high as you can. Make sure to keep your upper body straight and balanced, so don't move with your leg. Got it? See the pictures below.
