MORNING RITUAL

“I always start the day with a small glass of NewFysic Purify. It cleanses your body of toxins and gives a lot of energy. Healthy start

“The importance of five to six meals a day is often underestimated. A good breakfast is therefore very important. Plenty of fiber, light dairy products, lots of vegetables. It all needs to be on your menu. Do be a bit careful with Superfoods. That’s a hype but the effectiveness is not proven at all.

Summer body

“For a summer body, you do need to do something. With just healthy eating and enough exercise, you can already get quite far. Keep the damage during the holidays limited by, for example, mixing your wines with sparkling water. And, never think ‘I've already let myself go now’, then of course nothing remains of a good summer body.”

“I have several favorites that I alternate. La Prairie Gold, Thierry Mugler Alien, and Gucci by Gucci. They are all quite sweet and sultry. That suits me well.”

“A protection factor on your face. At least factor 30. In addition, I take NewFysic supplements for my hair, nails, and skin. I really benefit from that.”
