If you see me, it's probably mostly with makeup on. The chance is, let's say, 90% because I save my makeup-free face for my intimates. One step over the threshold and at least Le Beige from CHANEL goes on.
My skin is quite nice, really. At least my cheeks and forehead. My chin and nose, on the other hand, are red. And in case of panic, fierce deadlines, and unhappy loved ones, there is unrest. Such a pimple that wasn't there a second ago and has now decided to permanently install itself on my skin.
At the moment I wanted to hang an infusion of Clinique's anti-blemish on my chin, I decided it couldn't go on like this. I called my skin friend Jestke Ultee and shouted very loudly: HUUUUUUULP.
There followed a long correspondence with the subject: crime scene. Jetske asked me to send unedited photos of my makeup-free face. Preferably zoomed in on the, uh, panic spots. While I wanted to jump off the roof after seeing these images, Jetske did a little dance. She loves a skin situation. Because she has the tools to make it better.
Together we joined forces. We're going to work on it. The goal; a skin that no longer needs foundation. Unless I want it. According to Jetske, it will work. This summer still. Follow me because even if your skin is probably better than mine at the moment, you will also shine more from this.
