THE GO-TO GUIDE FOR EVERYTHING EYES

Bobbi Brown, makeup artist and bestselling author, has once again put her 8th book on the shelf. She has already provided Jet and May-Britt with some life lessons for a basic look and in this book, everything revolves around the eye. In the book, Bobbi explains which basic eye care products are essential for your toiletry bag and what the essential tools are for a stand out look. Not unimportantly, there are also 10 lovely eye looks included that you can create. In true Bobbi style, with a clear step-by-step plan so you can actually get it right at home.

Also quite nice is that glasses wearers have received an important share in the book. They are usually forgotten. Bobbi herself always wears a large black pair on her nose and finds it absolute nonsense that you can't achieve a nice look as a glasses wearer. She also gives tips on what kind of glasses you should wear and what looks best with different face shapes.

We'll give you a little hint of what you can find in this book. Because how do you actually create those stand-out eyes?

* Use the Perfectly Defined Gel Eyeliner and apply it close to the lash line across your entire eyelid. Use a thin line to accentuate the eyes. Additionally, it has the nice benefit of making your lashes appear fuller.
* Always curl your lashes before applying mascara. Not afterwards, because then they break. That would be a shame.
* Finish with the Extreme Party Mascara. Always apply the mascara from bottom to top, otherwise, your lashes will droop. It's a luxury, but for the upper lashes, you should use a different mascara than for your lower lashes. The hairs are different, resulting in a prettier outcome.

Alles Ogen is available at the Bobbi Brown counters in the Bijenkorf starting July 2014 for € 35.
