Yes, it's time. Tonight we are getting ready for a Brazilian football party. Literally, because many beauty brands have been inspired by the South American country. Viva la color, we present to you all the fun and beautiful things this week. Today, L’Occitane is on the menu to present their Brazil collection.
Brazil is buzzing. The energy is always and everywhere palpable, in nature, in the cities, in everything. You can see it in the people on the street, and I have never been there, but during Carnival they really go all out. Founder of L’Occitane, Olivier Baussan, has made the trip. During that journey, he filled notebooks with names of painters, musicians, ingredients, addresses, quotes, and all sorts of other fun things. The beginning of this collection.
L’Occitane en Provence works with natural ingredients. For this new line, they have worked with two new ingredients. The Jenipapo, a fruit tree that loves the sun and gives its energy, and Vitoria Régia, a flower from the Amazon region. The result of the Vitoria Régia is a line of fragrant care products that smell floral and fresh. With a hint of green apple and a bit of lemon, you can understand that it is very fresh. Jenipapo is very sunny and fruity. They are perfumed sun products based on the protective and moisturizing properties of the fruits of a tree from the Cerrado savanna in Brazil.
For the design of the labels, collaboration took place with local artists. Illustrators got to work and created colorful, cheerful designs that truly make the packaging a party.
