It was quite a week for me again. From early in the morning until late at night, all my days are full.. This week I was a bit nervous for the first broadcast of De Deal in which I play the lead role. It is quite exciting to see what kind of reactions you get. Fortunately, they were good.
1. Last Friday I was in the broadcast of BNR radio. Wilfred Genee presented the program and Dirk Zeelenberg was site kick. I laughed so much with Dirk, what a funny man he is.
2. I watched the first broadcast of De Deal comfortably on the couch at my friend Marly's. Afterwards, we celebrated that with very ordinary snack bar food. I enjoyed a fries with peanut sauce. I also stayed over because we had to get up very early to go to the IJhallen. There we had rented a stall to sell clothes and items.
3. There we were selling all our clothes and accessories. With a heavy heart, sometimes quite nice items went for little money. But that's the IJhallen, everything is sold for a pittance there. I did take home a very nice skirt from Percy. I just couldn't part with it.
Marly and I have also made plans to open a pop-up store somewhere this summer. We have so many clothes and nice items that we no longer wear, but are still really beautiful. I'll keep you updated!
4. I got to test guns in Rotterdam, at one of the best special effects specialists in the Netherlands. I have a great big Kalashnikov pistol. Actually, it's quite a scary thing. I will be firing (fake) bullets with it for Orkater in the coming time.
5. Because Toscaanse Bruiloft has received 500,000 visitors, we were invited to a dinner with the cast. We started with an Aperol spritz, because we always drank that after the shooting days. The atmosphere was already good right away. Afterwards, I prepared the most delicious pasta parmigiano myself.
6. This morning I had a business appointment with Yasmin from So Pr at hotel 5&33. I couldn't resist the breakfast buffet there. I had delicious scrambled eggs with salmon and then homemade granola with fresh fruits. I drank lavender, verbena tea and fresh grapefruit juice. A perfect start to this sunny day.
