Live from New York, Carolien reports on her Fast Lane Life

We were one of the lucky few who got to attend Seth Meyers' late night show at the NBC Studios. Gerard Butler was a guest and afterwards we got to meet Seth, so our afternoon couldn't have been better.

Williamsburg is one of THE spots you must not miss during your visit to New York. There are amazing boutiques and flea markets on the weekends. A recommendation: lunch at Café Mogador. The day before we were there, they filmed for the series GIRLS.

In New York, you can always find sample sales from the most beautiful brands. We stumbled upon the sample sale of Alice + Olivia, where I came across the most beautiful ‘engagement gown’ I could find. Now I just need to organize a party around it..:)

For years, I have been looking for pumps that I can actually walk in all day. This pair from Manfield is so comfy that I dared to conquer the Big Apple in these heels.

I could wander for hours through the healthy supermarkets in New York. My biggest find was Almond Yogurt with Coconut. Truly a treat!
