For a long time, I kept my distance from the whole smartphone thing. Really, I walked around for longer than was good for me with a totally rotten Samsung D500 (you know, with that sliding flap) but since I encountered the phenomenon of the internet on your phone about 2 years ago, I’m sold. Never again without a smartphone. My iPhone and I have totally merged, much to the annoyance of the people around me. At the Amayzine editorial office, I’m not the only one, and that’s why we took a look at our phones so we can tell you which apps we use a lot but you might not know yet.
I have talked about this before, by far my favorite app. It shows you what you posted on this day in previous years on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and which photos you took. Just be careful because for Those With a Broken Heart, this is of course a kind of minefield.
A rather indispensable app if you live in the Netherlands. The only thing the app does is tell you if and how long it’s going to rain. Easy does it.
Very boring app but really mega handy because you never have to look up the website of the respective store again since everything is just neatly organized in one app.
A little bit life-threatening of course but very honest. Loose moment on the bus, train, tram? Just check what has come online again. We are collectively fans.
Especially a favorite with Jet, for me it has been sitting unused for weeks in the also hardly used folder ‘food / health.“ But one day I will use it. Really. I promise.
Yes, I’m not sure if you want to know this but oh well, I’ll take the chance. Gilt is a site and app where you buy the most beautiful designer items for crazy discounts. Clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, but also restaurants and interior items. Be afraid, be very afraid.
Yesss, this one cannot be missed! The best app there is. Mooha.
