FRESH PICTURES, FRESH GIRLS

Summer is coming and so are the S/S14 campaigns. We found three that we wanted to share with you. Kate King for D&G, Elle Fanning for MiuMiu (and shot by Dutch pride Inez & Vinoodh) and a bleached Daria Werbowy for Balenciaga.

All three know all too well what it’s like to be the underdog. Daria won a modeling contest at 14 but wouldn’t really break through until she was 19. No overnight success then. They all seem to share this because Elle Fanning (yes, the sister of) is.. well.. the sister of. But she is steadily building a name for herself with, for example, this beautiful MiuMiu campaign.

Kate was also scouted young (at 13) but only now at 20 are the bigger campaigns slowly coming in. She is no stranger to D&G. This is her 5th campaign for the Sicilian gentlemen. Furthermore, she is not that famous yet but if we can go by Elle and Daria, definitely one-to-watch.
