Many are free today. Sounds wonderful to me. At our editorial office, we are working hard. I'm treating everyone to this smoothie:

What do you need and how do you make it

  • Half a banana
  • 2 pitted dates
  •  1 pear
  • A few walnuts
  • A generous splash of coconut milk

Put everything in the blender and mix it up. It's quite a thick smoothie, so you might also find it nice to use a spoon. You can always add a bit of coconut water to thin it out.
