Giftsuite event
FRIENDS OF THE BRANDS
A day specially for us
A giftsuite from Friends of the Brands, formerly goodiebaggirl. I had heard of it before. A huge event with a goodiebag that is impressive. Yesterday was the day.
After my boxing training, I jumped on my bike (I did shower first) to Hotel The Grand in Amsterdam. I received a warm welcome from Karlijn Visser, the organizer of this day. In previous years, this event was only for celebrities, but this time it was for the bloggers. A small selection of the invited: Yara Michels from Chapter Friday, Janine Breukhoven-Kho from Prêt à pregnant, Beertje van Beers, Daisy Oppelaar from I Love Health, Sophia Tienstra from beautyandthe.com, Bastiaan van Schaik, Annic van Wonderen from I Love Fashionews, Macha from Beautygloss, and Lonneke Notenboom from Styled my day.
Walhalla
After a healthy breakfast and a talk from the director of The Grand (which is actually a beautiful hotel), we were allowed to explore four incredibly beautiful suites. All rooms were decorated with stunning brands. Everything could be tested.
Dove was there with three hairdresser chairs where you could get your hair blow-dried, Juice & Salad served green shots and healthy salads, at Dokter Frodo you could do something about your bags under your eyes (I skipped that, with little injections and such), Lorna Jane showcased their sportswear, at Vueling you could win a trip and Carlos Lens was there with his own superfood line. We immediately started with some burning sports questions, which you can read here. These are just a few beautiful brands that I mention. It just kept going. Teeth whitening, eating hotdogs, cappuccino with soy milk, eyebrow experts, scrubs. I could go on for a while. You could say it's a women's paradise. Fatboy has some really fun lamps that I will definitely buy for my (new!) house.

Giga candy store
I already knew we wouldn't be getting on the bike with empty hands. The Uber taxis were rarely more desired. An ultra-lux party must of course be concluded in style. And the gifts were impossible to carry with two hands. This happy healthy editor emptied her bike basket and all her amayzine colleagues beamed happily ever after.
