If we were all honest during sex

Oscar Wilde once said, “everything is about sex, except sex. Sex is about power.” And those words are true, think about it. Not only is sex about power, sex is also about swallowing some comments (pun intended), sometimes twisting the truth a bit, giving an extra uplifting compliment, oh you know how it goes. Moreover, name one girlfriend who hasn’t thought about her to-do list during sex, or who hasn’t had the thought cross her mind that this is actually taking a long time because hello I still have to send 100 emails and can you maybe speed it up a bit? And I haven’t even mentioned faking, or the moment you realize that your husband doesn’t smell very fresh. down there, or when you’re in the moment of tearing off clothes you realize that you actually haven’t shaved your legs not shaved and there are actually three cats sleeping in your bed (wasn’t me, I only have one cat).

Imagine, what if you were completely honest during sex and said everything that came to your mind? By the way, not a good idea, not everything needs to be shared and certainly not when both parties are naked and, uh, quite connected to each other. A little lie here and a little joke there often make the encounter a lot better so just keep doing that.
