Linda Wit from Ivy & Liv came to our office this week. A beautiful jewelry brand. She does online PR and branding, has a Mulberry, and is pregnant with her third child. We couldn't let her pass by without taking a peek in her bag. So neat... We can take a cue from that.

My bag

Two years ago, I received this Alexa Mulberry bag from my husband for my birthday. He bought it all by himself, but of course, I had given a little hint.

The bag is used very intensively; I take it everywhere with me. Yet it still looks quite okay, but that's just Mulberry. They have such good, beautiful, classic, and nice bags. This is also a perfect size. Not too big, and it holds a lot. In the past, I was quite stubborn and mainly bought bags because I thought they were beautiful, without considering whether they were practical. Then I would drag it around like crazy on my arm. Now I think a bit better when I buy a new bag. This Alexa also has a long strap so I can wear it as a shoulder bag. Very handy when I'm carrying a child on my other hip or need to swing and have my hands free.
I am a big fan of Mulberry. It is a classic timeless brand, and I love that.

I am currently pregnant and going through a huge decluttering phase. Coincidentally, I cleaned out my entire bag last week. I even found plane tickets from a year ago. And a lot of business cards, receipts, and cash. I threw away the junk, and now it all looks neat again. I'm curious how long this will last.
I always carry my wallet, phone, and Midori notebook with me.

My bag goes everywhere with me. To the beach in Ibiza, to work, on a city trip, to the playground. It even lay in the wedding car on my wedding day with makeup items. When I get home, it gets thrown in a corner, quite carelessly. I try to be a bit more careful with it now than before because I think it's important that the bag can have another life. With my daughter.

Wish list

I think I'm going to buy a Mulberry wallet soon. I've had a very nice leather one from Ibiza for seven years that I'm quite attached to, but I believe I would find it very chic to have a matching wallet. I'm going for the black one. Or a brown one, which matches my other Mulberry bag. Oh, knowing myself, I'll choose black anyway. That's always safe. And I really want a smaller bag as well. The Lillybag, for example. Let's see if I can subtly hint to my husband soon.
