PRIMAL ENJOYMENT
This afternoon I am in Vondelpark in my brand new leopard Nike running pants. January 1st, you know, New Year's resolutions. Well, I say it now, I first need to see how I feel. The idea is already very nice to me anyway.
How the F do all those models survive this time of year? I really can't resist Christmas bread, turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese fondue, oliebollen, or apple fritters. And I believe that since December 23rd, I've really had a glass almost every day. Wonderful of course, but my body is slowly crying out for a bit of love. Luckily, there's the book Primal enjoyment.
Wilma Wakker from the famous agency of the same name often recommends this book to a model who wants to lose some weight but of course still needs to stay healthy. It's a cookbook with 250 dishes without grains, dairy, sugars, and legumes. You would think: then nothing tasty is left, but really, it all looks just as delicious. And even better, you get a killer body from it. But well, I assume you also have to go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week. It really doesn't all happen by itself. This book is already on my nightstand. And tomorrow I will start. Really.
