Look, it's nice writing for Amayzine.com, but there's a good chance that I'll stop here soon and start a different career. A career as a realtor, for houses starting at 2 million. I can spend hours sweetly browsing Funda.nl and on Airbnb and One Fine Stay I indulge myself with insanely beautiful large houses. Now, I heard last week that Beyoncé and Jay-Z are looking for a new place in Paris, and I think that's the perfect opportunity for Real Estate Rasker to get started. Bey, Jay, are you reading along? We start with this lovely place of 280 square meters in Passy in the 16th arrondissement. It has five rooms, three of which are bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also three toilets, a wine cellar, and an elevator. The view of the Eiffel Tower ensures that you know you're still in Paris; I can imagine all that traveling can be quite confusing for you. Price is available upon request, but you should think of around 8 million.

If that's a bit too classic for you, I have here a property (look, the realtor language is already completely mine) that is a bit more modern. Eight rooms, five of which are bedrooms, and with a swimming pool. On the roof, a huge rooftop garden and in the basement, accommodation for staff and a wine cellar. Costs you a small 7 million.

This property has a garden of 70 square meters and a terrace of 24 square meters, making it absolutely unique in its kind. There are five bedrooms, six bathrooms, eight toilets, and three indoor parking spaces, and all this is for 7.5 million for you.

Because maybe you don't have enough with five rooms; a bit of a pop star naturally has a whole entourage. That's why this property is ideal because with eighteen (!) rooms you have all the space one could wish for, and even Kim & Kanye could come stay for a night. Located in Saint-Germain-des-Prés and around the corner from Jardin du Luxembourg and cafés Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, so the location is absolutely the best there is. The property spans 700 square meters, has a wine cellar, four terraces, a huge garden, two indoor parking spaces, and eight bedrooms. Costs are a small 24 million, but hey, after your On The Run tour has generated about 100 million, that shouldn't be a problem, right?.

But perhaps you find such a central place a bit too busy for Blue and a potential number 2, so I would also like to show you this property, on the edge of the city. A beautiful white castle, a unique property you could say, with a large outdoor pool, gigantic garden, and a classic rural interior. The large conservatory is a lovely place to write song lyrics, and with twelve rooms, there should be plenty of space. And all that for a fairly reasonable price of 4.5 million.
