AH, THAT FEELS GOOD

Well, you could see this coming: the number of butt implants is increasing rapidly. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons published a study this week showing that a new set of buttocks is more popular than ever. Last year, 10,000 butt lifts and fillers were performed in the United States, which is an increase of 161% compared to the previous year. There are several reasons for this. The obsession with buttocks began a bit when Pippa Middleton walked down the aisle behind her sister in The Dress, and the internet nearly exploded because let's be honest, she really had very good buttocks in that dress. But besides Pippa, there is of course Kim K, and long before that, there was already Jennifer Lopez. Jen made it a sport to make her butt look as round as possible and in that sense, she might be considered the predecessor of Kim. Besides Kim, Jen, and Pippa, there is more going on. The rising popularity of large buttocks has coincided with horror stories about women who, lacking money and a suitable surgeon, have started to do a bit of DIY. There are known cases of women who injected themselves with, for example, silicone sealant, various types of oils, glue, and even cement (how is that even real?!). Fortunately, it can also be done naturally, and Instagram star Jen Selter is proof of that. This 22-year-old has over 2.5 million Instagram followers (including Rihanna) and gained this fame through her unbelievably large butt. But really as round as a basketball. She mainly posts her workout details and the whole world is going crazy over it. Anyway, women who inject themselves with cement don't seem quite right to me, and a butt like Jen Selter or Kim K seems terrible to me, but I hope that women with fake butts are especially very happy with them. Are you still not ready to go under the knife? Then you can always to do with this keep yourself entertained. Good luck.
