When I think about how long I've known Bridget, I feel old. Not that we ever worked together or were friends, but our paths crossed now and then and we like each other. At least I like her. And incredibly well styled. That was because her parents had a clothing store in The Hague, Bridget had a wonderful stylist (Monique Matthijssen), and of course because Bridget herself also has a great taste that I could best describe as classy sporty. Because entrepreneurship and clothing are in the Maasland blood and because Bridget apparently still had quite a bit of time to churn out a complete clothing line in three months, Bridget Daily was presented today.

Leave it to someone who has been in the spotlight since she was three to smoothly welcome everyone. And the clothes were nice. Those pants that immediately make you long for a Sunday. On the couch but still lovely. That kind of thing. Smoking pants in jogging style, nice sweaters, and here and there a jacket or a top that you can just wear to a party. Some nice VIP girlfriends, a very cool and proud dad, and small bottles of prosecco or mojitos with a straw and the event is a success. Now I would like to order a cream-colored suit. I say Roy Donders is enurm 2013, the suits from Bridget are a must-have now.
