I know, I know. Alcohol is not exactly the best thing for your body. I always feel incredibly regretful when I wake up after a wild night at the bar. I've probably said at least two hundred times to never ever EVER take another drop of alcohol. Or then I decided to only drink champagne, because that's so chic it doesn't really count, but where on earth do I often drink champagne?! Before a night out with friends, bottles of prosecco for 3 euros are just pulled out of the cupboard. What a waste, such an expensive bottle, it goes pretty quickly anyway. Champagne is very popular among the fashion crowd, not only because of its chic reputation, but also (especially!) because of the fact that supposedly it doesn't make you fat. Another favorite is Vodka with Spa Rood because, as all the models say, it gets you pleasantly tipsy but NOT fat. Paris Hilton drinks liters of this drink.

So today I'm giving you the recipe for such an ideal not-fat-but-tipsy maker. Here it comes, very easy

  • Vodka
  • Sparkling water
  • Mint
  • Lime

The ratio of Vodka to Spa Rood obviously depends on your taste (and your plans for the evening). Pour a splash of Vodka into your glass, add some Spa Rood, and to give it a little extra flavor, a wedge of lime and a bit of mint. Et voila, you can face your scale the next day without any problems.
