Do the superbody: do the Elle McPherson

Now we have Anna Ewers who is both slim and busty. Back in the days it was Elle McPherson who had a body that was praised by both women (because she was slender and slim) and men (because she was busty and feminine).

We are a few years further, Elle is 50 by now, but still deserves the nickname ‘the body’. And she has come up with something that allows us to become it too.

It is a dietary supplement that you mix with water or, as Elle does, with coconut water. It is a mix of enzymes, Chinese herbs, probiotics, and super greens. And Elle turns back for it if she realizes she doesn't have it with her in the car. It's called The Super Elixir and can be ordered online. I would say, if it doesn't help, it won't harm either.

Furthermore, Elle does a few other things for her body. Every day she tries to get moving for 45 minutes. Depending on where she is, she chooses her sport. In LA she opts for a yoga class on the beach, deep in the forests of Canada she goes for a walk.

Her hair she preferably does not color. “I am not gray so I will enjoy that.” But she does make sure that her ends are kissed by the sun because this ‘suits her personality so well’.

Does she get to indulge with a body like hers?

Sure. She eats a piece of chocolate twice a day (but then the purest version) and she sometimes indulges in cheese, peanut butter, or a rich coconut water. And if she really feels like it, she orders a curry in the evening.

Well, there it is. A divine body does not come naturally. You can mix green powder into your water a hundred times, eating little is really a first requirement. I'm sorry. I can't make it prettier. But I can be more honest.
