The most clichéd poses on the Internet

Anyone who regularly visits fashion blogs, Instagram, and other self-promotion platforms will soon discover a certain pattern in the poses that are adopted there. We mention a peace sign, a thumbs up (which I absolutely hate, unlike Jet who poses without hesitation with a thumbs up), tongue out (thanks Miley), and a finger in your mouth (like Yolanthe does in the latest Cosmopolitan and which May-Britt particularly despises).

I personally get spots on my neck from EVERYONE who makes a jump on some beach in Thailand with bent legs, hands in the air, and a peace sign. Or bloggers who park themselves super casually and without much thought against a wall with one leg bent against the wall, arms behind their back, and then gaze meaningfully into the distance. Or an action shot, where you walk through the frame and subtly look down because oh hey a photographer haha what a coincidence. Then there's the Victoria Beckham pose, with crossed legs, hands on hips, and hips pushed forward. Vomit puke barf. The uniformity! The non-originality! Together with Jet, I dove into our studio to copy the most copied poses ourselves, so let this be a lesson. Are you guilty of one of these poses? Don't do it anymore. Really not, because we will personally seek you out to deliver punishment.
