Phew, what a week it has been. Thursday I was extremely nervous for RTLBoulevard where I was interviewed together with Liesbeth and then on Saturday I was also quite a bit tense for the first broadcast of AmayzineTV. I celebrated that until early Sunday morning. You understand, yesterday was quite a rough day, a good reason to start Monday healthy again.

What do you need and how do you make it

  • Half a banana
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of Raspberries
  • Small piece of ginger
  • Small handful of Goji berries
  • 3 generous splashes of almond milk

Put all the ingredients in the blender and shake everything together. Add a little extra almond milk if you want your smoothie a bit more liquid.
