Well, what a dreary weather on this Monday. I skipped my jog in the park this morning. And actually, I would have preferred to stay in bed for a few more hours and only get up around noon, then dress warmly, maybe go to the beach for a walk, and afterwards drink a cup of hot chocolate somewhere. With a splash of rum. Sorry, I got carried away.

It's just another normal first workday of the week and I always start it with a healthy shake. Here it comes:

– almond milk (sweetened with agave)
– handful of blueberries
– handful of spinach
– half a banana
– teaspoon of maca for an energy boost
– teaspoon of flaxseed

Put everything in a blender and mix. If you don't have flaxseed or maca at home, that's okay, the shake is just as tasty without it.
