I think we could all use a little detox after this weekend. I assume you weren't cheering with a glass of water on Saturday night. I certainly wasn't. Wobbling home on my bike and yesterday I drank quite a bit of Jilz (yes Jilz) at a festival. That's why I'm starting this Monday green. By the way, I also did my exercises very neatly this morning. my exercises Did you join in too?

 What do you need and how do you make it?

– 5 pieces of pineapple

– juice of half a lemon

– handful of spinach

– 1 apple

– a splash of coconut water

– teaspoon of spirulina

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix. If you find the consistency too thick, add some more coconut water.
