So, did you also have such a delicious boss brunch? It's still a celebration and maybe you're on breakfast number two and eating the leftover Easter bread and the stuffed eggs. Sounds delightful to me. I'm picking up the healthy life again today and starting the day with a shake. A yellow one, of course. We're still keeping a bit in the Easter spirit.

What do you need and how do you make it:

– A few pieces of pineapple. Yes, it's a bit of a task to peel and cut such a thing, but you can very well store the pieces you don't use in a tupperware container in the fridge.

– Half a banana

– Half a mango

– A small piece of ginger. About 1cm

– A glass of coconut water

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix away. You can always add a little more coconut water if you want a less thick shake.
