To stay in the weekend vibe a bit longer (you know, the Gay Pride) today something pink. I could use a bit of detox after such a party weekend. Simple and very easy, exactly what I'm in the mood for.

What do you need and how do you make it

– 1 tablespoon chia seeds (let them soak first)
– A large glass of almond milk or rice milk
– A few pieces of watermelon
– A sprig of mint

Let the chia seeds soak in the milk for about a quarter of an hour. This can be in the glass or right in the blender. Then add the pieces of watermelon and the mint. Blend it all and you're done.

Tip: Also nice to add a few ice cubes. Makes it wonderfully cold.
