Are you coming to our party?

Last year on Thursday, October 31, the Amsterdam Pilotenstraat was filled with well-dressed men and women who were all curious about what exactly Amayzine was. “I love it when a plan comes together, I have been working with the best people in town on a fabulous project” was written on the invitation that about 250 people were allowed to receive. In our studio, the desks were pushed aside, the trusses went up in the air, light and sound were set up, and the disco balls rolled into the building. Liters of champagne were bubbling in their flutes and snacks were ready to be served.

After everyone had their moment at the photo wall May-Britt took the floor and welcomed the guests, and when Jort Kelder then took the stage and chilled a bottle of champagne, Amayzine.com was officially launched. DJ Geza Weisz got everyone on the dance floor, and eventually, the last guests left long after the planned end time, to wake up the next morning with a pretty tight head.

Next Thursday marks exactly one year since that evening, and that must be celebrated. Amayzine is 1, and we are incredibly proud of that, so here at the office, it has been all about The Party for weeks. Of course, there is quite a bit of stress about what to wear (Jet has been bringing dresses for days and May is in contact with Gucci to choose something fabulous) but there is also quite a huge production behind such an evening. I won't bore you with that, what I will tell you is that you can be there.

Yes, really. Because we are going to talk a lot about that party, so how fun would it be for you to have a chance to be there yourself. Here’s what you need to do. We are going to give away 3 x 2 tickets to the person with the most original answer, and we will announce the lucky ones on Monday afternoon.
