8 X proteins, because you really need them when you train a lot

I wrote yesterday about my portion of protein shake that I've recently been taking after my workout. Handy to have such a shake, of course, but it's also very important that you get your proteins from your food. If you train a lot, your body asks for proteins; at least, it's wise to take them for good muscle recovery. And again, you won't really become a bodybuilder, but you will get very strong muscles, which in turn help with better fat burning. Doesn't sound like bad news, right? I'll give you some foods that are high in protein. So it's handy to add these to your diet if you often do strength training. Delicious with a piece of fish or in an omelet. I can understand that it doesn't sound very appealing to throw this into your smoothie in the morning, but with enough fruit, you won't taste the spinach much. For example, this is really a super tasty protein smoothie to take after your workout: A piece of grilled salmon with lots of vegetables and a scoop of quinoa is a perfect meal after a workout. I'm actually not a fan of food from packages or cans, but I do sometimes open a can of lentils. Just rinse well and let it drain, okay? Read here a recipe for a salad for lunch or dinner, it can also be, because this one is really filling. Almost daily, this is in my breakfast. In a pancake, porridge, a smoothie... In everything. Here you have a recipe for my favorite oatmeal banana pancake. Just by itself or in a salad. A grilled chicken or slices on a sandwich. I sometimes buy a rotisserie chicken from the butcher. Fresh and still warm too. Very handy when you have guests and don't have much preparation time. You can also buy puffed quinoa for your breakfast. It contains a lot of protein, and because it's puffed, quinoa also has a bit of a bite. I always need that in the morning. A scoop in your smoothie or in your yogurt can also work.
