A plant for the man
I love receiving a bouquet of flowers from a man, but when he buys a bouquet for himself, I find it a bit meh. With plants, I feel differently; I actually think it's cool and masculine. In fact, research shows that women find it very sexy: men with houseplants. Just know that they mainly choose an easy specimen. I can understand that because we have a plant (previously a borrowed plant, but we were allowed to keep it) named Frits in the editorial office, and maintaining it is an art. Sometimes it gets really thirsty, sometimes less so, then it turns a bit yellow or loses quite a bit of leaves. It's all quite tricky, I must say. It can't be about love, though. But anyway, an easy plant for the man.
Now one of my favorite stores in Amsterdam, called Hutspot, has really cool masculine plants (Vitamin Plant For Men) available in even cooler apothecary pots. The site mooiwatplantendoen.nl wants to inspire men to bring plants into their homes and shows that it's incredibly attractive. To women. And what do you think? You don't have to take care of them too much. Yes, of course, a little, but mainly feed them with a lot of love. You just water them, a good reason to ring his doorbell.
Nice little gift, right? Starting today, 100 pieces are available at Hutspot, and the best part: they are completely free to pick up.
