Do you remember that I hanging in the rings with Epke? With blood, sweat, and tears, I could barely pull myself up half a time on a bar, let alone get myself into a split as smoothly as Epke. It was fun, but a bit too difficult for me. Despite the extensive breakfast with hearty yogurt, fruit, and muesli, I could hardly keep up. Luckily, there's Epke again who makes a nice video showing that you can also do exercises at home very well. Just take a look here. Of course, there are also exercises in there that look very easy peasy and super cool, but are just a bit too high a bar. So here I am, with a video in which I give simple workouts so you can still stay a little fit. Because I understand that you don't always feel like going to the gym, but don't forget that exercising keeps you fit, makes you more confident, and that you just feel better in your skin overall.
